“Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. We wanted an agent that would give us peace of mind, service with integrity and an agent that really put in the time to understands our needs. Sadly our first two agents were did meet our needs. One was too busy for us and the other was acting as a dual agent. We made an offer on a property and it was accepted. We later found out there was additional loans on the property and the homeowner and the agent expected us to pay for the additional undisclosed loan, a HERO Loan. Their agent was acting as a dual agent and claimed to be representing our best interest too. Sophia was recommended to us and we quickly gave her a call. Within minutes Sophia reached out to us. She listened to our needs our concerns and quickly began guiding us through the process to protect our families interest.
